ALIA Research Grant: Ethics application form
It is the responsibility of the researcher and ALIA to ensure that any research funded by the Association meets national ethical guidelines.
This form should be completed by ALIA research grant holders.
This form has three sections:
SECTION 1: Form (to be completed by applicant)

The Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) welcomes the opportunity to provide a response to this discussion paper and would be pleased to be involved in further discussions about Australia’s ethical framework for artificial intelligence (AI).
ALIA endorsement of the IFLA code of ethics statement
The Australian Library and Information Association endorses the IFLA Code of Ethics for Librarians and other Information Workers adopted at the IFLA congress in Helsinki August 2012.
