Joint Response from the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) and National and State Libraries Australasia (NSLA) to the Draft National Digital Research Infrastructure Strategy Consultation
Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) and National and State Libraries Australasia (NSLA)'s joint response to the Draft National Digital Research Infrastructure (NDRI) Strategy Consultation submitted as an online survey. ALIA and NSLA strongly support the proposed vision as an appropriate foundation for Australia's NDRI ecosystem over the next 10-15 years and outline the need for suitably skilled workforce for Australia's NDRI to reach its full potential.
ALIA working for special libraries 2016-2021: Report March 2021
In 2016, at the ALIA National Conference in Adelaide, we invited 28 leaders from special libraries in government, health, law, research and other fields to come together and discuss the issues affecting the sector, with the aim of developing the basis for a collaborative national action plan.
GLAM Peak and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, July 2020
GLAM Peak is the peak representative national body for Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums together with historical societies and humanities research across Australia. GLAM Peak's initiatives include sector-wide advocacy and the federally-funded Digital Access to Collections project.
